Park Info
Paynesville Holiday Park in the Gippsland Lakes, is the people’s playground – especially for those who love boats as this is the boating capital of Victoria. With its resort-style pool and spa and proximity to the waterfront esplanade village, the park is an immersive holiday experience.

Take a short walk from the park to cafes, restaurants and a dose of retail therapy or cross the road to the beach. If you are feeling adventurous, take the Raymond Island ferry to see koalas in the wild as well as kangaroos, echidnas and birds. Bring a picnic and walk or cycle through the pathways around the island.

If bikes are to your fancy, you can ride along the many bike trails and take in the silt jetties on the Mitchell River, which stretch for almost 10kms and are the longest of their type in the world.

You might choose to relax in the park and lounge by the pool in the summer season or sit with a book while the kids play in the playground with the jumping pillow or play a bit of shuffle board, pool or table tennis in the games room.

Accommodation includes 2-and 3-bedroom deluxe villas, and cabins which are a home-away-from-home with air conditioning, separate kitchen, TV/Foxtel, open plan living and dining areas.

There are grass and slab sites – some with ensuites - available for van & annex, campervans, caravans and motorhomes. Guests have access to WiFi, a BBQ area under a rotunda, fully equipped camp kitchen and laundry. There’s also a wheelchair accessible 2-bedroom Villa.

The friendly staff are on hand to help you to explore the area and ensure you have a relaxing stay.
