The biggest Australian sport fishing targets include Barramundi in WA, the NT and Queensland, Mackerel in the country’s northern waters, and several species of tuna in SA, Victoria and Tasmania. But there’s plenty more to choose from, including King George whiting, trout, snapper and silver trevally.
