Jenolan Holiday Park
Park features
Oberon is just the spot for a leisurely holiday or short getaway in country New South Wales. This lovely little town in the Blue Mountains is surrounded by gardens, bushland, and near to the popular Jenolan Caves.
Jenolan Holiday Park has all the accommodation, facilities and amenities you need to enjoy your time here. This green and tidy park is a pleasure to behold, with its string of charming cabins and private verandas.
Accommodation choices include a range of cabins from budget to deluxe, sleeping between two and six people and a variety of bed configurations to suit your needs. All comfortable cabins are self-contained and have a balcony out front for you to enjoy your morning coffee and sit and watch the world go by.
There are large powered and non-powered sites for tents, caravans, motorhomes and fifth wheelers. The amenities block is kept spotlessly clean and tidy, as is the laundry and camp kitchen with BBQs, and this is a dog-friendly site.
When you’re not relaxing in this friendly park there is plenty to do in the Oberon area. For many people, that means a visit to the Jenolan Caves, one of the most outstanding cave systems in the world. Guided tours take you through the nine caves, along the underground rivers and past the amazing formations.
Another regional gem is Mayfield Garden, one of the world’s largest privately own cool climate gardens. Visitors are welcome to spend the day. Finding mushrooms is a favourite with most people, and there is fishing and bushwalking too. Horse riding is another popular local activity and you’re welcome whether you’re a new or experienced rider. There are a number of horse riding tour operators in the region, and park staff can help you with recommendations.
You’ll find a beautiful 18-hole course on the foreshores of Lake Oberon. Local fishing opportunities can be found here too, at Lake Oberon or Oberon Dam. Expect rainbow and brown trout.
Bathurst is just a short drive away. Visit famous Mt Panorama and experience the V8 track first hand. Explore the National Motor Racing Museum and the Bathurst township itself, with shopping centres, department stores and galleries.
Jenolan Holiday Park is located in the heart of Oberon NSW, bringing you close to all the town has on offer for food, services and entertainment.
