Emerald Cabin and Caravan Village
Park features
In the heart of Queensland’s Central Highlands, Emerald Cabin and Caravan Village offers sparkling holiday park accommodation.
All standard cabins have a private kitchenette, ensuite, air conditioning, laundry facilities, linen hire, and a television. Whether you need a drive-through or shady site, there’s a pet-friendly site for you with access to great facilities, including camp kitchen, clean amenities, and a dump point. The grass is always greener in the park gardens, which are perfect for families to play or enjoy a picnic together.
Emerald Cabin and Caravan Village is walking distance from everything you need in town - the CBD, shops, tourist attractions, and beautiful botanic gardens. There’s an 18-hole golf course next door, as well as the local aquatic centre. Emerald is also home to a large-scale replica of Van Gogh’s Sunflowers painting that’s got to be seen to be believed, so don’t miss your chance to snap a photo in front of it. The beautiful, heritage-listed railway station is another essential stop.
Emeralds may be in the name, but this region is all about sapphires. It’s only 45 minutes’ drive to the Sapphire Gemfields, where you can fossick for precious gemstones in one of the largest sapphire fields in the Southern Hemisphere. If it’s water activities and sunset snaps you’re looking for, drive southwards to Lake Maraboon.
Don’t be green with envy for your next getaway—book a visit to Emerald Cabin and Caravan Village today!
