In the heart of outback Queensland, discover the relaxed pace and warm hospitality of Cunnamulla, located on the Warrego River along famous Australian driving routes the Matilda Way and Adventure Way.

Cunnamulla Tourist Park offers fantastic accommodation in a friendly bush setting, close to the town centre, with a range of options to suit every traveller from campsites to cabins making it the ideal base for exploring the region.

Cabin options provide comfortable accommodation and feature kitchenette, dining area, and air conditioning for year round comfort. The sites are rustic, spacious and shady, and close to the excellent amenities. There are dog friendly sites available.

Park facilities that complement your Cunnamulla accommodation are extensive and feature a camp kitchen, BBQs conveniently located throughout the park, campfire area, guest laundry, dump point for larger vans and RVs, free wifi, and a small kiosk with EFTPOS facilities. At the height of the tourist season, happy hour by the campfire is a must and the park frequently hosts entertainment and bush poets.

Head into the Cunnamulla township to grab a photo with the famous Cunnamulla Fella, sandboard down the enormous red sandhills, and follow the Heritage Trail to learn more about the town’s interesting history. The nearby towns of Eulo, Wyandra and Yowah are also worth a visit.

The Warrego River is great for swimming, kayaking, fishing, birdwatching, and bush picnics. See if you can spot the cheeky Cooper Creek turtle as you paddle the tranquil waters.
