If you’re after cabin accommodation, you’ll be spoilt for choice. There are both economy and deluxe cabins available, ranging from studio cabins sleeping up to three people, all the way up to the Superior and Deluxe 3-bedroom cabins, both of which comfortably accommodate 6 people. There are even a number of pet-friendly cabins so the whole family can enjoy this holiday park. If you’ve arrived with the caravan or a tent, there are lots of roomy sites available. With ensuite sites as well as plenty of powered sites, some with hard standing for the caravan, and all offering ample space and lush green grass.
All guests to the Discovery Parks – Adelaide Beachfront are welcome to use the many facilities onsite in the caravan park. The kids will enjoy a great playground. There is also a swimming pool, covered in a sail cloth for protection, which the whole family can enjoy. There are also video games and a TV available in the games room in case the weather turns a little bit cooler.
Discovery Parks – Adelaide Beachfront is right on Semaphore beach so it is perfect for spending the day playing in the safe, calm waters and building sandcastles on the pristine, sandy beach. If you’re a keen fisherman, you can cast a line from the Semaphore Jetty to see if you can bring in the evening meal, or if you prefer, there are a host of great coffee shops, cafés and restaurants in easy walking distance. Semaphore is a perfect location from which to set out on one of the many day trips on offer.
You can head into the centre of Adelaide which is only a short journey away either by car or by public transport. Enjoy the museums, galleries and great shopping or eat at one of the many varied restaurants and eateries for which the city is famous. Head north to the wine region of the Barossa Valley, or south to the beautiful seaside town of Victor Harbor. When you return after a busy day, you can cook up a meal in the camp kitchen or on one of the onsite BBQs, then sit on the balcony of your cabin with a drink watching the gorgeous sunset over the bay.
