Caravan and camping sites range from lakeside powered sites, general powered sites and unpowered sites. These all provide access to the park’s facilities and amenities including terrific camp kitchen, BBQs, boat ramp, campfire and laundry. There’s an onsite kiosk where you can purchase amazing coffee, fresh bread, milk, ice creams, hot food and the popular slushies.
If you’re looking for added comfort and style when you holiday at Lake Boga, choose one of the Waterfront Deluxe Cabins. They feature two bedrooms and sleep up to six people comfortably, superbly decked out with everything you could need to make your holiday one to remember. Enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the front deck.
There are also Waterfront Ensuite Cabins sleeping up to six guests, two-bedroom standard cabins that sleep five, and dog-friendly accommodation too.
Children staying at Lake Boga Caravan Park love the little pedal karts for hire while adults appreciate relaxing on the shores of Lake Boga, having leisurely picnics and hiring kayaks to glide across the water.
Lake Boga is home to a vast array of aquatic species and boasts an abundance of bird life too. It’s perfect for enjoying every water sport imaginable, including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, fishing and water skiing.
During World War 2, Lake Boga was the No. 1 RAAF Flying Boat Repair Depot and the Catalina Flying Boat Museum is located on the original site in Willakool Drive. There’s even an underground communications bunker, which is definitely worth a visit.
