Toora Tourist Park
Park features
You’ll find amazing spots to enjoy walking/hiking or surfing in, boating and fishing, as well as, eateries, shopping, arts and crafts, and so much more.
Toora Tourist Park is just over 2 hours from Melbourne and is less than 10 minutes to the coast, Port Franklin to the south-west, and Welshpool to the east.
In Toora you’ll have cafés, takeaways, and a pub on hand. You can take a heritage walk around the historic town, and let kids burn off some energy at the skate park and playground. Visitors throng to Wilson’s Prom, Agnes Falls, Tarra Bulga National Park and the Great Southern Rail Trail to see spectacular natural scenery, wildlife and birds. Other activities include visits to historic Port Albert, Port Welshpool and Port Franklin, surf fishing, sea kayaking, golf, scenic flights, and wildlife coast cruises. Or bring your boat and do some serious fishing.
With cabins and sites and a range of facilities and amenities, the Toora Tourist Park is a destination on its own.
It offers fully self-contained Luxury, Spa, Deluxe and Standard cabins, each with different ensuite & sleeping configurations. They feature air-conditioning, heating, TV/DVD, couches, microwave, balcony or verandah, and linen to the main bedroom.
For caravanners, there are drive-through ensuite sites and powered sites available. Toora Tourist Park has grass, all-weather gravel sites and some with concerete slabs.
Dogs are welcome on sites and in some cabins but date restrictions apply.
The park has a new heated indoor pool with wader and spa, giant jumping pillow, playgrounds, mini-golf, trampoline, and giant chess. And with a tennis court and basketball ring, beach volleyball, TV/recreation room with coin-operated games and table tennis table, it may be hard to mobilise the kids to venture out.
It also offers newly renovated amenities with guest laundry, fully-equipped camp kitchen, free BBQs, function room, family bathroom, tourist information, kiosk/store, and free WiFi.
