Within half an hour of the park you’ll be in the centre of Perth itself where you can spend days exploring all of the museums, galleries and shops, not to mention all of the myriad of cafes and restaurants for you to try. You’re also a short drive from Fremantle where you can enjoy plenty of history in the 19th Century port streetscape, as well as discover a bargain at the famous ‘Freo’ markets. If you love food and wine, you’re an easy journey from the many wine growing regions in and around Perth, where you can taste some of the incredible wines for which Western Australia is famous.
