What’s the relationship between G’day Parks and Top Parks? 

G’day Parks is the new branding for Top Parks. G’day Parks is the largest network of independent caravan and holiday parks in the country, offering the greatest choice of destinations.  

Why did you change brands? 

We’re about helping you say G’day to more of Australia, and the new G’day Parks brand aligns with our industry-leading loyalty program, G’day Rewards. 

Does the brand change impact my G’day Rewards membership? 

No, your G’day Rewards membership is not affected by the brand change.

What do I do if I have lost my membership card? 

If you have lost your membership card, we encourage you to download the G’day Parks App where you can access your digital membership card with your membership number wherever you are. 
The G’day Parks App can be downloaded from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your device. 

I would like to become a G’day Reward member. How do I do this? 

You can join online by clicking here and following the steps. You can join by calling our Head Support Office during Adelaide office hours on 1300 061 811, or by visiting any of our parks as you are travelling. 

My membership has expired. What options do I have? 

You can renew your card by clicking here and following the prompts. You can renew at any of our parks as you are travelling around or by calling our Head Support Office during Adelaide office hours on 1300 061 811. 

What do I do if I am about to travel and haven’t received my membership card? 

If you have joined online you will receive an automatic email with your card number. If your card hasn’t arrived before you travel, please take a copy of this email with you to show on arrival at a park to obtain your 10% discount (up to $50). 

How do I update my contact details? 

You can update your contact details by clicking here or by calling our Head Support Office during Adelaide office hours on 1300 061 811. 

Will I still receive my discount if I do not present my membership card? 

You need proof of membership to receive the discount which must be presented on arrival at park. You can provide proof of membership in different forms. This may include, but not limited to, a photograph of the card on a phone/App or official correspondence from G'day Rewards Head Office with membership details. If you do not have proof of membership with you while travelling you can purchase a replacement card at a park on arrival for a fee of $5 or by calling our Head Support Office during Adelaide office hours on 1300 061 811. 

Can I list both my name and my partner’s name on the membership card? 

Yes, you can. 

Where can a G’day Rewards member find their digital membership card?
Simply open the G’day Parks app, log-in and navigate to the MY PROFILE section from the main Menu. From there the user should select MEMBERSHIP CARD from the options available on screen, and their digital G’day Rewards Membership card will be displayed.

Gift Vouchers

How do I purchase a gift voucher? 

Gift Vouchers are available in $20 and $50 denominations and are valid for 36 months. can be used for accommodation bookings at any of our 280 holiday parks around Australia. Click here to order now. 

How long until I receive my gift voucher? 

All vouchers are sent by registered mail with Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your vouchers. 

Can I use a Top Parks gift voucher at G'day Parks?

Yes, if you have a Top Parks branded gift voucher which is still within validity dates this can be used at any G'day Parks around Australia.
