With two hours’ distance from the bustle of the city lights, this coastal park has a brilliant waterpark, play equipment, and a swimming pool that’s blissful whether you’re cooling off or unwinding on a sun lounger. Families who fish will have a great time, the shoreline is just steps away, and parents in particular will love a day trip to ride the Clare Valley's Riesling Trail.

 

Discovery Parks - West Beach Parks

 

Discovery Parks - West Beach Parks welcomes guests to an activity wonderland. The splash zone is a favourite on Adelaide's warm summer days, with features designed to entertain toddlers, kids, and teenagers. There is a ginormous pool at the park's centre, along with a state-of-the-art playground full of slides, swings, and even a zipline! As for the awesome location, you can conquer the high ropes of West Beach Adventure, play mini golf, get an ice cream in Glenelg, join a dolphin cruise, or reach all of the city’s attractions in less than 30 minutes!

 

Victor Harbor Holiday Park

 

Follow us to the heart of the Fleurieu Peninsula at Victor Harbor Holiday Park. They’ve got a cracking waterpark with a bunch of water slides (headlined by a funnel slide!), a big pool for all swimmers to enjoy, and a recreation area including a playground, bouncing pillow, and pump track. Beyond the park, take an excursion along the horse-drawn tramway or Cockle Train, check out the local beaches, or hike together to the summit of The Bluff.

Discovery Parks - Ballina

 

Want to take your kids on a beach escape? Situated on the NSW North Coast, Discovery Parks - Ballina has a recreation precinct that ranks among the best of the best. Swim in the pool, then hop over to the splash park. A few more steps, and you’ll find the playground (next to the putt putt course and bouncing pillow, might we add?). You’ll struggle to tear the kids away from all the in-park fun, even when you’ve got the Richmond River right next door and ready to explore.

On the doorstep of Nullica Beach, Discovery Parks - Eden is paradise for families. Kids will love running underneath the water sprays and sliding in style at their splash park. They’ve also added dashes of fun to their resort-style swimming pool, like a water slide and fountains. If your kids prefer to stay dry, there’s a playground for them to climb, slide, and play noughts and crosses. Around Eden, you’ll also have your hands full with beach exploration, hiking, kayaking, and biking trails.

Karrinyup Waters Resort

 

Karrinyup Waters Resort is a supreme home base for your holiday in Perth. Located in the inner northern suburbs, you’re not far from either the city or the sand, and they have a grand total of four playgrounds.
