G’day Parks, Australia’s largest network of holiday parks, has celebrated four outstanding winners in its annual awards ceremony, held during the network’s yearly national conference sponsored by GlamXperience.

“With categories to celebrate outstanding capital works, marketing campaigns, and youth creativity, these awards honour the year’s highest achievers who are making a real difference in regional accommodation and tourism,” says G’day Parks General Manager, David Smith.

“We’re grateful to every park that nominated for an award. Every year, our judges are more impressed by the calibre of entries, and it becomes harder to judge the overall winner in each category.”

The ModnPods Elevate Award recognises excellence in park development, design, and innovation. Tathra Beach Eco Camp, NSW claimed this award after rolling out a suite of innovative projects that delivered unmatched guest comfort, accessibility, cultural appreciation, and care for the environment.

The Game Changer Award celebrates excellence in destination marketing, and was won by Tumby Bay Caravan Park, SA for their team's ‘The Ultimate Journey Through the Eyre Peninsula’ campaign. This storytelling-led campaign centred around a journey map that showcased not only their park, but every G’day Parks destination across the Eyre Peninsula, encouraging guests to stay longer in the region.

The MHIA Young Achiever category, honouring excellence in youth creativity, was so closely contested that the judging panel elected to award two winners.

Lucy Bromley of All Seasons Holiday Park, VIC was recognised for her successful efforts to transform guest services and introduce exciting in-park experiences in her park environment.

Sarah Corbitt, CEO of Summerstar Tourist Parks, was celebrated for her leadership that has grown a small, family-run operation into a dynamic, professional business creating jobs, supporting local suppliers, and strengthening communities across Western Australia and South Australia.

“We thoroughly congratulate all four award winners,” David says. “They are outstanding representatives for the entire G’day Parks network, demonstrating the creativity and strategic thinking that helps us grow as Australia’s leading regional accommodation provider.”
