Imagine booking a standout regional Aussie getaway, then heading off for your road trip knowing your fuel costs are totally covered?

G’day Parks has added extra incentive for travellers to book their next holiday on the G’day Parks app, with one customer to win free fuel for a year.

All bookings made on the G’day Parks app between Sunday 6 April to Sunday 31 August 2025 (for travel up to Wednesday 31 December 2025) will be automatically entered into the prize draw. The random winner will take home $5,000 worth of free fuel to put towards their road trip budget.

The G’day Parks app is the first and only holiday park booking app in the country, providing customers with a seamless way to book on the go. Key features include search filters, real-time and last-minute availability, and plenty of deals for savvy travellers to save dollars on their upcoming travels.

“We have seen 18% growth in app bookings, with more than 350,000 guests downloading, searching, and booking on the G’day Parks app, which shows that it really is the easiest way to book your next getaway,” says Lahnee White, Chief Marketing Officer at G’day Group. “We’re excited for one of these lucky app users – whether it’s their very first booking or they’re a loyal G’day Rewards member – to win free fuel for a year.”

“Many Aussies are feeling the pinch of cost-of-living increases, but they still have an appetite for travel and leisure, so they are opting to hit the road for high-quality, lower-cost accommodation closer to home—and looking for affordable stays and good deals in the process,” Lahnee says.

G’day Parks is proud to be Australia’s largest network of holiday parks and the leading network for regional getaways, with a reputation for great value and great experiences. As Aussies explore their own backyard, they have more than 300 locations to choose from as they make a booking on the G’day Parks app to enter.

“We especially hope this campaign can boost bookings to beautiful regions like the Grampians and Queensland’s south coast, which are open for business and need support in the wake of floods, droughts, and bushfires earlier in the year.”

Guests can stretch their dollar even further by joining the G’day Rewards membership program, which already has more than 245,000 members nationwide. For $50, members receive two years of benefits including exclusive partner deals, early access to sales, and a 10% discount on stays (up to $50), making those much-anticipated getaways even more appealing.

“Now is the time where we start seeing travellers heading north, chasing the sun as the days get shorter and cooler,” Lahnee says. “The G’day Parks app is not just an easy way for them to book on the road—it’s their chance to win big”

Competition terms and conditions: Entries open for anyone who books their accommodation on the G'day Parks app from Sunday 6 April to Sunday 31 August 2025, for travel up to Wednesday 31 December 2025. This prize is valued at $5,000. Click this link for full details. Permit No. ACT TP 25/00645
