Travel to Mossman for markets, safe swimming spots (follow safety instructions), and a tour or self-guided walk through Mossman Gorge to see waterfalls, forests, and mountain peaks. What’s more, go a little further south and you’ll find yourself in Port Douglas. 

With the beach merely steps away, it’s easy to reach the coast and go fishing. The park also offers a calming resort-style pool where you can swim or relax on sun loungers under the shade of an umbrella. At dinnertime, wander up the road to Hook A Barra for the best fish and chips in town. 

The park’s brand-new glamping tents and generously sized cabins offer families and groups the perfect place to stay. Alternatively, choose a powered or unpowered site to park your caravan. There’s even the option to choose a ready-to-go tent - arrive to find your tent already set up, complete with a queen bed, air conditioning, and USB power. 

Daintree Beach Resort has the facilities you need to feel at home, with a camp kitchen, fully tiled amenities block, Wi-Fi, payWave laundry facilities, car and boat wash area, storage, plus 4x4 beach access to launch small boats. Make sure to notify park management if you are bringing your dog; pets are not permitted with cabin bookings.
