Park Info
Riverside Cabins, Caravans and Camping Park on the Eaton Foreshore is just 8kms from Bunbury. It’s a favourite with families who gather on its grassy caravan and camping sites and cook up feasts in the sparkling new camp kitchen or on the barbecues scattered through the park.
All grass sites are 9mx10m while hard sites are 10mx 13m, with plenty of room around the park for groups of families and friends to gather.
The park offers a range of bright, clean cabin accommodation from deluxe chalets to deluxe two-bedroom villas, with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, leather lounges, fully equipped kitchens and linen provided.
The villas have outdoor verandah seating, TV/DVD and Apple TV and WiFi is available for all park guests. The park also offers a number of 1 and 2-bedroom cabins for longer corporate stays.
Bunbury is a coastal getaway popular with boating enthusiasts who cruise around Geographe Bay which curves past the towns of Dunsborough and Busselton to Bunbury, protected from the rough seas of the Indian Ocean. Koombana Bay is home to a group of between 100-150 dolphins who rest and breed in the tranquil waters. You can swim with them at the Dolphin Discovery Centre or take a Dolphin Eco Cruise around the bay.
Stretch your legs and take in the views of the bay – you can take a short steep walk up to the Marlston Hill Lookout with a 360-degree view, take a vigorous climb up Boulters Heights or survey the Leschenault Inlet, the Mangrove Boardwalk and Koombana Bay at the Koombana Park Lookout.
Bunbury, known as the south west’s shopping spot, is home to a host of boutiques hidden in old warehouses and side streets as well as restaurants, small bars and cafes. It’s also home to the largest regional art gallery and music festivals and performing arts organisations.
Riverside Cabins, Caravans and Camping Park has plenty for kids to enjoy, with two sparkling solar-heated swimming pools, jumping pillow, table tennis and smooth, sealed roads where they can zoom about on their bikes and scooters. There’s also a tennis court with lights onsite and golf courses nearby, with the Collie Bridge Tavern and Garden Palace Chinese restaurant just a short walk across the Collie River bridge.
The park is conveniently located near the Eaton Fair Shopping Centre, sportsground, the Little Theatre and a hop, step and a jump away from fishing, boating and crabbing.
