Located on the fringe of Broome’s town centre, travellers will find the park just off the Broome Highway on Wattle Drive, offering a tranquil getaway from city life. With large established trees, spacious sites, and a lagoon-style swimming pool, it’s easy to see why this park was voted as Australia’s favourite for 2023. Broome Caravan Park is a relaxing retreat not far from Broome town centre and only a few kilometres from Cable Beach and Chinatown. Broome Caravan Park is an excellent home base to explore Broome. Situated amongst well-established trees on Wattle Drive near the entrance of Broome, the park enjoys a peaceful retreat-style ambience, but is only a few kilometres from Cable Beach and Chinatown.

Accommodation options at the park include Park Homes, One Bedroom Chalets, Powered Caravan and Camping Sites and Unpowered Sites. Note: please contact the park directly should you wish to book an unpowered site.

Recently refurbished Park Homes sleep up to four guests and are fitted with air-conditioning in both the living area and master bedroom, and a fully self-contained kitchen. These two bedroom Park Homes feature a double bed in the master bedroom and one set of bunk beds in the hallway (more suited to children), making it the perfect holiday home for families with young kids. The kitchen includes essential appliances including a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. A private bathroom with toilet and shower is also included.

One bedroom chalets are the perfect option for couples or solo travellers. These sleep up to two adult guests and feature one queen sized bed, a fully self-contained kitchen and air-conditioning, and a private bathroom with toilet and shower.

Powered caravan and camping sites sleep up to six adult guests. These sites include access to power for your caravan, camper trailer and appliances. Hard-standing cement sites and grassed sites are available, but you will need to specify your preference when you book.  What sets Broome Caravan Park apart are the spacious sites suitable for big rigs, making it easy and stress-free to set up.

Unpowered sites come with water and must be booked direct through the park.

All sites are pet-friendly for up to two animals all year-round, in accordance with the Summerstar Pet Policy. If you a bringing a pet, please contact the park to let them know prior to arrival and ensure you are familiar with the policy to avoid any surprises.

The property also includes a shared amenities block with wheelchair accessible amenities, office kiosk, BBQ and picnic area, a sewer dump point, camp kitchen, laundry and clothesline.

The fan-favourite swimming pool is lagoon-style surrounded by palm trees and also features a lap pool section. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park.
