Gracetown Caravan Park
Park features
Gracetown Caravan Park is the perfect stopover for a beach and wine region getaway. Nestled within a natural bushland setting, three hours’ drive south of Perth, this is a truly family friendly holiday park. It’s just 10 minutes from Margaret River and its famous surrounding wineries, and three minutes from the surf action at Cowaramup Beach.
Chalet and cabin accommodation is designed to blend with the surrounding bushland environment. Two-bedroom chalets are self-contained and feature reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV/DVD player, kitchen, plus open-plan living with sofas and dining table. Relax on a verandah with outdoor seating and bush views. Or choose a cabin, soaking into your spa bath after a day of exploring. Soap, towels and linen are provided, and there’s free Wi-Fi.
The ensuite cabins are also deceptively modern. They too are self-contained and include reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV, well-equipped kitchen, ensuite bathroom, linen provided to main bed, free Wi-Fi, and a verandah with seating.
For those on a budget, there are other cabins available without bathroom facilities but close to amenities blocks.
If you are searching for a private and peaceful caravan or camping spot, Gracetown Caravan Park has you covered. Sites are cleared natural bushland with shady trees providing space and privacy, designed for easy parking on arrival and smooth departure when you leave.
Ask about the glamping (glamour camping) option too, where staff will have luxurious tent accommodation set up for you on arrival. The park is a haven for wildlife and birdlife and is home to a large variety of native plants and wildflowers.
Facilities at Gracetown Caravan Park are geared towards helping guests have a great time.
Gather together in the rustic camp kitchen or enjoy your meals in an undercover BBQ area. In summers there are delicious visits from the French Fre Jac Bakery Van and Salento Pizza Van. Children will love the playground, Jumping Pad, mini-golf, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. The outdoor cinema (September to late April) is always a hit.
Other facilities include guest laundry, boat parking, dump point, friendly kiosk supplying all the basic necessities and of course, free Wi-Fi.
Nice swells have always been a big drawcard of this part of Western Australia, but when you stay at Gracetown Caravan Park you’ve got the option of exploring the Margaret River region as well. Visit wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and cafés. There are plenty of tours, attractions, experiences and activities including galleries, museums, shopping and markets.
The rustic bushland setting of Gracetown Caravan Park is quite unlike any other with cabin accommodation, caravan sites, and campsites seemingly hidden in amongst the bush.
