At Nobby Beach Holiday Village, the kids can pretend they’re on Australian Ninja Warrior on the adventure playground, plus there’s a junior playground for smaller kids.
Forget about New York, because Central Park at Discovery Parks - West Beach Parks is the real highlight to visit. This state-of-the-art playground has a wonderful mix of modern play equipment and nature-based activities, from the slides to the zipline.
Karrinyup Waters Resort has all bases covered, with four separate zones so that all children can play on age-appropriate equipment. The younger kids can enjoy a pint-sized adventure playground with a pirate boat, there’s a jumbo playground in the middle of the camping area, and you can find two playgrounds next to the on-site café (catering to little and big kids, respectively).
Fans of Shaun the Sheep will love The Pig’s Playground at Paradise Country Farmstay, which is themed around the show’s pesky pigs with slides and climbing structures.
The adventure playground at Discovery Parks - Narooma Beach will have you climbing sky high!
Kids of all age groups will have a blast at Scamander Sanctuary Holiday Park, where there are two fully-fenced playgrounds. Younger children can tackle the orange and grey play equipment, while older kids can climb through tunnels and slides in a multi-level play structure.
At Ashmore Palms Holiday Village, kids will love playing in “Macca’s Madhouse”, the park’s bespoke playground. There is also a “Junior Jungle” playground that’s more suitable for the littlest of children.
The ropes-based playground at Anglesea Family Caravan Park will keep kids occupied for hours, surrounded by grassy areas that are perfect for sports, recreation, and picnics in the fresh air.
Right next to the bouncing pillow, the scenic, gated playground at Discovery Parks - Lake Hume has incredible views over the park’s namesake lake.
Port Broughton Tourist Park challenges kids to conquer the climbing nets of its Funky Monkey Ninja Course. Plus, there are swing sets for those who want a slightly more relaxed way to play.
Kids who love rock climbing will enjoy getting their hands on the bouldering walls at Discovery Parks - Townsville’s playground, set up in a large sandpit beneath huge shade sails.
The lime-green playground at Yea Riverside Caravan Park is a beacon for adventurous kids, who love clambering up to the top and riding down the slippery slide.
The nature play area at Tathra Beach Eco Camp is the ideal place for little ones to fall in love with the outdoors as they let their imagination run wild.
Ahoy, mateys! The playground at Discovery Parks - Airlie Beach is in ship shape – literally – with a naval theme for young explorers to pretend they’re navigating the oceans.
The large, multi-coloured playground at Edithburgh Caravan Park is a family favourite, with slides, climbing walls, and a big swing.
When you're not relaxing by the coast, Tasman Holiday Parks - Kalbarri has a fun playground with ropes, two slides, and a seesaw for kids to let off steam as they play beneath the trees and blue sky.
Brisbane Holiday Village is packed with family-friendly features, and its playground is no exception. With a giant slide as its swirling centrepiece, the kids can play all day.
This awesome wooden playground at Discovery Parks - Robe is the ultimate location for an obstacle course over the rope bridges!
The playground at Bonnie Doon Lakeside Leisure Resort is located right on the waterfront (the perfect spot to sit while you supervise with a coffee in hand). Whether they’re riding down the spiral slide or racing each other on the twin slides, those kids are sure to have a ball.
Surrounded by native bushland, the playground at Discovery Parks - Lane Cove is the best place to pair the sounds of kids giggling with native birdsong.
